Clustered in a group of three buildings, these dramatic office constructs form the fulcrum of an existing campus. The two primary office blocks share a striking architectural expression which responds to the street interface and capture distant ocean views. The third building is a canopied outdoor gathering venue for seven hundred staff and the entire assemblage is strung together with sub-tropical landscaping, equestrian sculptures and water features.
