cotswold square
Located in Hillcrest on the edge of the Valley of a Thousand Hills, Cotswold Square responds to its pastoral setting through a village-inspired approach to retail.
A series of fragmented pavilions are connected by a pedestrian arcade, forming a socially activated spine anchored by a central piazza. Expressive roof forms and a tactile material palette of steel, concrete, timber and brick draw on local typologies in a contemporary way.
The result is a human-scaled, permeable development that prioritises place-making and lifestyle over conventional retail.
