ballito groves

Ballito Groves is a multi-unit residential development situated in the North Coast town of Ballito. The scheme is comprised of eleven three-storey walk-up apartment blocks and 3 units types, 306 units in total. Contrasting white and charcoal with the distinct pop of the feature green, along with the syncopated frames on the façades, make for a playful composition of the elevations and layout of the blocks. Embraced by indigenous bush on two sides, the feeling of being within nature is further enhanced by landscaped spaces between the buildings. The estate is true to the natural and social context of the site, and encompasses the laid-back, playful attitude of Ballito.
